How do I apply for a fellowship in 风湿病学?

We will begin reviewing applications in July, on an ongoing basis. We prefer that you send in your applications through ERAS by September 01, 2017 .
What qualification do I need to apply?
- Official Medical School Transcripts
- Official test transcripts for all applicable examinations (USMLE, LMCC, 复杂的, NBOME, FMGEMS, FLEX或NBME)

- A valid ECFMG certificate(if you graduated from medical school outside of the United States)

What visa type is offered for fellows?
We will sponsor J1 Visa, Permanent Resident, and EAD. (H1B Visa's will not be sponsored as per institutional policy.)

The Fellowship Selection Committee will extend interview invitations 只有 after reviewing all completed applications. We will contact interviewing candidates (by email and/or by phone) as early as possible to permit suitable travel planning.
We interview about 12 candidates per available position.
Will I be notified if the committee decides not to offer me an interview?
Due to the number of applications we receive, 只有 those who are chosen for an interview will be contacted.

Institutional Drug Policy Update for Residents and Fellows Starting 2017 - 2018
